LaGuardia Community College

Patrick frequently meets with students at LaGuardia Community College, in Long Island City, an institution which educates more than 36,000 New Yorkers annually.

The talented students specialize in videography, photography, graphic design, web design, marketing and accounting.

Patrick mentors students and he has helped students secure employment in the private sector.

LIC RELieF

Immediately upon formation of the emergency food pantry, Patrick provided financial support. Patrick also donated his ad space on licpost.com to help the pantry raise awareness and he organized local businesses to display information concerning the pantry in storefront windows throughout Long Island City.

Green building

Patrick believes that we have a responsibility to leave the world a better and more sustainable place for generations to come. Patrick is among a handful of residential agents in New York who are also LEED accredited professionals.

While it in no way compares to the work that architects and engineers are performing to improve the health and wellness of building occupants through design, Patrick is proud to advise his clients on the latest green building trends and practices.

Queens committee

Patrick serves on the Queens Residential Committee, where he is dedicated to identifying and advancing best practices to improve the experience of clients, agents and industry partners in Long Island City.

Patrick is also the first Long Island City-based agent to win REBNY’s coveted Deal of the Year Award, for a complex sale in Manhattan. For Patrick, the award “is a win for Long Island City.”
